I wouldn't buy it, the GT 220's pretty awful.
EDIT: Also, it has a pretty terrible PSU, which doesn't really give you much room for future upgrades. And moreover, since the Core 2 line's completely dead now, there won't be anything new coming out worth sticking in it in the future... which might not really matter to you, but it does mean that if you want a better CPU in the future, you'd have to buy a new motherboard, and along with it new memory as well.
