LOL. I posted this in the wrong thread.

1) Microsoft helping to kill PC gaming. Popular Microsoft PC franchises like Fable, Gears of War and Halo are nowadays only available for the XBox 360. Fans are provided no choice.

Lol.... PC franchises?  Those are Xbox/Xbox 360 franchises that received a late release on PC and received much lower sales than their console counterparts.  That and piracy is why no sequels to those games are released on PC.

Oh well, a troll thread is gonna attract trolls (love how it was started by nintendonitis!).

Well, looking at your posting history.....

But what I meant, last gen I was a PC gamer skipping the consoles. Those were some of the most popular Microsoft published PC games. Of course Halo started out on the Macintosh before Bungie was bought by Microsoft. Lion Head was of course also a multi-platform games developer with a traditional focuss on PC gaming before being bought (I still have a copy of Black & White lying around here somewhere) and of course Epic has its origin with PC gaming as well, you will understand this if you were playing Unreal and other Unreal engine based games from them in the past. Sadly the sequels to these mentioned games are still only available for the XBox 360, despite there are plenty of people who would prefer a PC version and would not like to buy a 360.

Now you understand my point?

Well, looking at your posting history....

And Gears of War wasn't on PC last gen, so just Fable and Halo?  They weren't very popular on PC, MikeB.  At least no where near their console counterparts.  And the reason the sequels will never see PC release is because they tried their console game on the PC and found that piracy destroyed their sales.  Why else do you think Epic and Lionhead are moving towards mostly console releases now?

I see you proved my point.
