I wouldn't mind at all if every game was multiplatform except for the exclusives made by each hardware maker's own developers. They would have to really up the quality of their releases to compete with everyone else on their systems. Sony and Nintendo already have excellent first party efforts, but Microsoft would have to invest much more on that end.

I'm currently playing the first Mass Effect on my PC and will gladly wait for the second one on my PS3.

If you're playing ME1 on the PC then why would you bother waiting for a possible PS3 port? If you get ME2 on the PC, you can import your current character and continue playing from there with all of the decisions, etc. that you made in ME1 still there when you play ME2. Even if a PS3 version comes out then you won't be able to continue your character.

I have the 360 version of ME1 and I bought the 360 version of ME2, so I could continue with my same character (once I start playing the game) otherwise I probably would've bought the PC version.

I'd rather play it on my PS3 than on the PC. Besides I bought it for only 9€, so if I get it for the PC I'll also wait until I get it for a similar low price. I'm not much of a PC gamer these days, unlike a few years ago and my backlog of console games needs my attention the most.

My Shepard is the absolute standard one. Name, looks, backstory. So it doesn't matter much if I import it, since I starting at lvl 1 or 5 doesn't make much of a difference. Standard Shepard is hawt!
