I saw this thread on Neogaf from Famitsu 360 Developer Roundtable (Prior to Microsoft New Campaign I think)

MS Games Studio
-Finishing up with helping out on LIPS for overseas. Preparing for next assignment

Bandai-Namco
-A new title is about to be announced
-Splatterhouse will probably not see a domestic release
-2 titles for Natal launch
-XBLA earnings will influence future titles on the service
-When asked about a new IM@S for 360, responded that the 360 audience is very important to them, and they will always think of them and hope that fans keep on supporting IM@S in the future (ie. so long IM@S 360)

Bethesda
-The previously mentioned 'big project' has hit too many setbacks and been canceled

Cave
-New original Xbox title and more ports coming
-4 titles total for 2010

D3 Publisher
-No sequel for Dream C Club
-No JP voices for Bioshock 2
-3 titles currently in development in Japan. One is multiplatform

From
-Very pessimistic about Natal and the 360
-A few multiplatform titles in development

5pb
-Looking into PS3 development
-8 titles for 2010, AVG/STG genre

Koei
-Natal titles in development
-Unannounced titles are mostly PS3 only, but 3 multiplatform titles in development

Sega
-360-specific software will be hard without the help of MS
-Many fans demand a new Sakura Taisen or Shenmue, but when sales are considered it's difficult to do. But if there's an opportunity, it is possible

Spike
-More western localizations
-360 audience seems to be at its limit
-If the 360 doesn't sell more soon, it'll be difficult to develop exclusive titles for it
-A new western localized title for the 360-only will be announced soon

Tecmo
-Natal titles under development
-This year's focus is about XBLA titles

Marvelous
-Aware of the desires for NMH2 port
-Title announcement within the year
-No intention on porting Oboromuramasa

Just want to play good games
