We could see some ME games on Sony's platform but it will probably be on PS4, like ME4.

The question is, what games Muzyka is talking about. I think that one of them is Dragon Age 2.

Why not? What if Sony pay them to develop a brand new IP? It is not only M$ that has money.

It wouldn't be worth it for Bioware or Sony.

Why not?   Chances are it would be a PC/PS3 game, so how would that not be worth it?
