Maybe if the iPad came before the iPhone it would be incredble, but the fact it's just a larger much more expensive iPhone (or actually iPod Touch) that's less convenient just makes it not worthwhile at all. |
I can see a lot more use for it than that. The added value of the 3G is in the GPS unit. So whilst at home it wouldn't matter so much but in the outside world, you're not always going to be close to a WiFi source. Im not so fussed on the 3G, but the GPS makes it userful.
