why isnt there a CE edition for 360?

Like Lord Flashheart said, it's very very limited for the 360 here in Europe :( Even sites like Play.com don't have it available. 

I'll get the normal edition if they don't have the CE, but I was looking forward to it. I mean, it's a massive CE
