Where's the "It was okay" option. I certainly didn't hate it, the graphics were very shiny and slick in some places, and it was a fairly fresh take on the mechanics of an FPS. I didn't like how thin the story was, the lack of color palette beyond grey and black, the shooting mechanics while being different weren't very good, and the weapons selection was very very meh, I kept grabbing different weapons and using it for a while and thinking "man, where is my standard green dot assault rifle?" it didn't really challenge you to experiment with the guns. The main thing that makes me say no is at the end **spoiler**
when Sev walks out of the palace and all the Helghast ships are flying overhead my initial reaction was "oh, man, I don't want to do MORE of this."
It was about as okay as a game could be. Look up twesterm and in his sig replace the word "religion" with "Killzone 2" and it pretty much sums up my feelings about it.
