I went to both the North American and Japanese sites. There is nothing saying that he is playable. He isn't even listed on the NA site.

I want evidence, not meltdowns.

NO!!!!!!!!!! IT'S RIGHT THERE, WHY WOULD HE BE LISTED IF HE'S NOT PLAYABLE?!?! if you noticed, all the other characters in the blocks...are playable..thanatos, edge maverick, etc..why would they list crowe if he's an NPC like you're saying? that makes no sense.
