Also, I would note the battles last a bit longer on this one, and usually contain more enemies.
When you save a party member on Omega (Archangel), you must repel waves of enemies from an apartment complex. I believe that I killed roughly 200 enemies of various origins (mechs, humans, turians, vorchas, ect).
As stated, the battles are a lot more frantic. You die quicker, and they do too. One blast from a heavy weapon usually resolves the battle instantly.
