Yes. The day is coming where no one will need to buy low end GPUs because the integrated graphics on the CPU package/die will be good enough to provide HTPC features. Intel's current Clarkdale is close, and AMD's Llano looks like it has hundreds of shaders on die - equivalent to an HD46xx.
