Finally got Fallout 3 back up to 100% last night. Overall it was a really enjoyable experience. I think I would rate my favorite DLC's in the following order: (The Pitt, Point Lookout, Broken Steel, Mothership Zeta, Operation Anchorage)
Each DLC froze once except for Point Lookout which froze about 4-5 times. Had a few bugs that required a save reload in Mothership Zeta and Point Lookout too because I couldn't activate the next mission.
Now the only game left that I have a platinum with less than 100% due to DLC is Call of Duty: World at War. Only problem is I traded in the game over a year ago...
Edit: Oops, forgot about one more game: Resident Evil 5 is at 94% and I still need to win more Versus games. Hopefully, Versus will be more popular again once the new RE5 DLC comes out. Biggest problem I have with Versus though is seems like anytime I'm winning my opponents quit.
