Of course X360 will pass 1M in Japan soon. Just look at the numbers. I'd say before February 2009, but we'll see about the exact date.
And on topic: every previous PS3 exclusive going multiplatform is a win for X360. Not that the sales for the games (in Japan) would rival those for the PS3 versions, but it would up the "plateau" level of X360 sales in Japan.
