Ok spike i completely understand your ps3 issue its because your convert sends energy in a form of time so it don't waste your inverters battery soon so some devices tend to have issues with it such has fan might make more noise. I think the issue with your ps3 is that when the inverter kicks in your ps3 and the power have a time delay so the ps3 turns of to protect itself i am no pro so i may be wrong. So i guess you may need a ups then. So if i am correct your 600w ups does last you so u can save your data?
