I would say BioWare is tie to Square. Both creates awsomes RPG but of course, the style of Square is Japaneese, and Americans don't like that much Japaneese RPG (Final Fantasy and Maybe Kingdom Hearts ARE the exceptions)
But, seriously, the best RPGs of 2009-2010 were:
-Dragon Age Origins
-Mass Effect 2 (out today ^^)
So for now...Bioware owns...but i can't wait for KH3 on PS3! (if theres one!)
