Come on, man. It's just predictions. If you look at the circumstances, you'll see there's many things working against it.
1. It's a late PC port.
2. Pay to play over XBL gold if I'm not mistaken (and if that's the case, some people are certainly going to get pissy).
3. It's on the Xbox 360, the console with the least marketshare in Japan.
Rockstar: Announce Bully 2 already and make gamers proud!
Kojima: Come out with Project S already!
