Yeah, Sony has no heavy hitters on the level of Halo and Mario, except for Gran Turismo, which will likely end up outselling both.

People always forget about GT - one of the most popular games of all time.

There is a chance that MGS4 to go to the 360, but I could imagine it would be a long process to do the porting - more than many people think around here.  I always wonder if the PC would be a better option than the 360 for porting.  Having seen games that push the envelopes of the 360, I imagine the MGS4 version would have to be re-engineered alot.  I'd say its about a 50/50 chance of seeing a multiplat release.  It would probably be a year later.

For Final Fantasy XIII, anyone that has known Square Enix for a while knows that they have a different strategy to deal with things.  They can remake games or port it to a later generation console to milk the profits.  I see the same happening with this game - maybe Xbox 720 or PSP 3? I'm sure square is really making the push for Sony to get that price to $300 when they release this game. I'd say 95% chance that this game will be only on PS3 this generation.  Square has been much more solid on their stance than Konami.

"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY."  --Hermann Goering, leading Nazi party member, at the Nuremberg War Crime Trials
