What do you expect Sony to say? They can't say "Well, we woud like these exclusives but our sales suck so we can't justify it"
Many have to tow the company line, he compensated by saying that Sony are ensuring that the PS3 gets a version and stepping up 1st party support. You can't ask for more then that. The days of anyone getting PS2 level support are over, it's just too expensive. |
I do expect them to say that he knows the sales suck and that the reason why (we paid off) these games are exclusive. Surely they realize that excluives move hardware? |
Sony have paid for exclusives that is why no 360 version of MGS4 and FFXIII or Versus XIII and both S-E and Konami are being so adamant about it.
You can guarantee that if Sony never paid Konami anything MGS4 on 360 would be a same day release and Nomura/Kitase would be in silent mode about taking advantage of PS3 hardware and definitely would not have included "ONLY on PLAYSTATION 3" in their TGS trailers.
