i think it will be a commercial flop too. Really, Feb and March are pretty packed - most people will probably just pass on this, and go for the big franchise games (e.g., final fantasy, bioshock, god of war, etc.). It may get a week or two in the limelight but after that, it will just be overshadowed by the hype surround god of war and final fantasy and subsequently people will just forget about it. Only the people who have been long anticipating this game will buy it.
If it gets mixed reviews then it will certainly be a commerical failure. It's only chance of accumulating deent sales depends (a) recieving high reviews and (b) word of the mouth (akin to valkyria chronicles and demon's souls).
Initially I was quite impressed with this game but it development seems to have dragged for a long time now, and it just looks pretty plain now.
