Haha..err well I guess you could find this on the net easily but allow to me give a rough explanation.
1 = Light/Medium attack (I guess? They might more official terms but generally this attack is weaker and faster)
2 = Heavy Attack. (Slower Stronger)
1+2 = Hyper Special. Depending one what direction of the D-Pad your holding it will do 1 of your three specials. SUPER HYPER ULTRA SPECIAL requires 3 energy bar things to be filled up. While the regular special are usually vary on power you can guarantee these will rape
B = Partner Assist
Back+ B = Switch Partner. This is my only issue it seems really rough and I struggle pulling it off. Though I might just suck =P
Back+B = Advanced Guard on defense too. Really crucial on reducing damage from special or knocking back opponents.
Thats roughly it I guess. Essentially Wiimote alone is the equivalent of Easy Mode on the old VS games and Classic Controller/GCN = Manual Modes. I find the Wiimote configuration to work extremly well because playing a VS games on any of the previous controllers was utter garbage.
VS games are meant for Arcade Sticks but the Wiimote is the first control other than that of a stick to actually work.
