Well, I just figured since it was on Spike it was going to be tilted toward high-graphic games.
Interesting looking at the Game of the Year nominees (and their all-time ranking on Gamerankings).
Orange Box 5th
Bioshock 13th
Halo 3 48th
Mass Effect -- Not in the top 100 (101st)
Not listed: Super Mario Galaxy 2nd.
Two belong and a third you can make a case for the third given the hype/sales/circumstances surroinding it. But Mass Effect does not seem to belong and SMG should be listed.
In my mind, such a glaring omission in the most important category invalidates the entire awards program.
