I did jack shit in high school and graduated in the top 5 of my class. Don't worry about the social life much, college is a whole new shot at friends and ladies. Just live in a dorm your freshman year with a random person, it basically forces you to be social. I was stuck with a guy that cried all the time so I was rarely in my dorm.
Huge word of advice that helped me pass and party in college. Right after class spend 2 hours or so studying and doing homework, then take a nap and after that you have all night to screw around, drink, and maybe burn some awesome green leaves and just relax.
