Pachter is a nice guy. But, yeah, he's probably more wrong then right in his previsions, so good for Heavy Rain's success, right?

But seriously, I'm don't like the way this game plays, but it's getting a lot o attention (not just internet-hype) in my eyes to be considered a big player in sales. And they need to make the money back somehow, so lots of advertising for it too.
