Because it's easy to insult someone who you don't know and who won't reply to you.
I think he has this one right, and naturally he gets more things right than wrong. Much of them are obvious though, he rarely sticks his neck out with the sort of prediction that could go totally wrong. Then there are the ones that are repeated long enough for them to become true: "console X will get a price cut!" He could be wrong on this one but I doubt it.
