Ugh. Now people will only buy the game for the controller, and thus Monster Hunter Tri is not really a game. Just like Wii Play.

Classic Controller Pro by itself: $20

Game and Controller bundle: $60

Definitely not the same as Wii Play.

Wiimote by itself $40

Wii Play and Wiimote bundle: $50

Yes it is.

No. It is not. Wii Play was a $10 game bundled with a $40 Wiimote. So you look at the controller and say "sure, why not get a game for $10."

MH3 is a $50 game bundled with a $10 Classic Controller Pro. The focus is on the game, not the controller. Why would anyone pay $60 for a $20 controller if all they want is the controller?
