The VS doesn't detect motion and hints have been made towards it being used for relaxing games.

 

Anyone hoping for a survival horror game is going to be disappointed imo. Nintendo have implied monitoring stress levels. If they bring out something that can show you how to chillax before bed then it'll be huge. Natal and Swaggle will be left in the dirt.
