What's not to compare?

New HW doing completely different things you can't buy Arc or Natal to do what Wii VS does, nor vice versa. Good or bad, Wii VS won't have direct competitors, while Arc is a device to make PS3 catch up with WiiMote and offer some of the features of Natal, that on its turn tries to catch up with WiiMote, but offering some completely new (for consoles) features.

See? They are comparable after all.

They're just not exactly the same things.
