Where as I have no doubt that all the major consoles vendors are working on a new release I very much doubt they are thinking of releasing anything anytime soon. I still think Nintendo will release the next major upgrade first then followed by the others.
The consoles cycles are definately going to be longer and with new innovations as yet untested who knows how long this cycle will last. I also expect to see at least one of them effectively embed into something such as a PVR or Media TV who knows but we have a lot more to see in my opinion.
