Technically, there's some out there who would consider all of the games in this thread to be 'Real Time Tactics' or not even 'Real Time Strategy/Tactics' at all. But since the mainsteam media and most people consider most RTS games to fall under one of 3 categories, or even generalize ALL strategy games under 'RTS', its fair to assume that there's not a big difference. Some good examples are such as Fire Emblem and Disgaea. Both 'Tactics' games commonly associated as 'Role Playing Strategy' or 'RTS' games.
Frankly, like RPGs and many other genres, I don't feel the definition for the genre is really locked down that well and so its up to interpretation and debate. I don't really care what people call them as long as they don't start debating about semantics and try to make it a tool to call one game inferior or better.
