The pre-orders show it at around 210 (see the other thread for pointing system). And the 360 version is like 40 or something.

ToV for example had ~440 and got 220k first week. ToG had ~360 with 140k first wekk.

I don't get Japanese gamers.  They preorder a game and then they don't buy it despite great reviews.
