Because Nintendo has a pretty good track record I'm willing to not call the Vitality Sensor a complete waste of time but I'm also not ready to call it good yet.
I could be pretty cool in a survival horror type game or Wii Fit, but beyond that, I don't see a lot of use. Of course Nintendo has surprised me before so I won't rule it out yet.
