Chrono Ressurection - Just that little intro, showing the kingdom of guardia from the sky gives me goosebumps. Square really killed a dream project of their dream project.
Duke Forever - it's amazing... 15 years later and there hasn't been a shooter as interactive and funny as Duke Nukem 3D. Truly amazing (and sad...)
