I'm pretty much the same way but I don't eat a lot. I go long periods of time without eating, but even when I do eat I never eat until I'm full; I usually get bored of eating.
After playing football I had loads of energy to burn. It usually appears for no reason at 7PM, when I dance at least an hour straight lol
