Well I was really just kidding but, Sony owns inFamous/Uncharted/Resistance so Sony could just give a big "fuck you" to all them and assign the franchises to other teams. They could take away Insomniac's right to make Ratchet/Resistance and give them inFamous/Uncharted instead. They COULD say "make one of these games or go to MicroSoft". So it is indeed possible that Insomniac's next game would be Uncharted 3.
