I suppose that if what bungie is telling about Halo : Reach is true, then there is no point in comparing the games graphically as th two shooters will be completely different. Killzone is about going one way to the goal while Reach is supposeably about wide terrain warfare. If Reach were to have graphics on par with Killzone 3 then it would be a slap to the face for Guerilla Games.
sales-wise, hype-wise and otherwise Killzone is a couple leagues behind Halo.
