Nintendo will not pull a Sega, and leave so many casual people in the dust with a new console so soon; not that they are the only people that are buying them. It would be a terrible business decision to introduce a new console with better graphical capabilities at this time, when a great deal of new gamers that came aboard couldn't care less about graphics. The Wii is still selling like crazy by historical standards, and just got a ton of momentum back during the holiday season. I would love for Nintendo to come out with a graphically superior console, but I am perfectly content to ride out the next couple years with great games. Also, I am assuming the longer the wait, the cheaper the comparable tech will be for power under the hood for the next Nintendo console; meaning that the the next generation consoles will all be virtually indistinguishable graphically. I mean lets face it, the graphics are getting pretty hard to differentiate at this point compared to past generations.
