Haven't you been in VGC long enough to see threads about the companies in the forums? For example, this one in the MS forum?

Why they're losing money, probably has a lot to do with the recession and high competition from Apple. Sony Ericsson has much less market share than it used to.

I browse financial websites and when I see related stuff I usually post it. The last one I remember doing was AMD. It's relevant for Sony, therefore it belongs here.

They pay dividends to Sony and Ericsson when they make profits, and they get cash injections from both to keep them alive.
