Try Newegg.com.  Actually they have a Hitachi 320GB HDD for $40. 

Edit: Actually if you're really interested, you can find a 500 GB for $100.

I ment the 2.5 inch SATA hdd because those are the only internal ones that work with ps3. I actually did buy my external off newegg tho.
