I voted for Japan: Games, gundams, music, cosplay, manga, technology, weather, clothes.
France or Italy would be other choices, since it would be easier to get a passport there (thanks to heritage), but no Gundams, games, music and everything else... except weather and clothes.
Canada would be really cool too, it seems like a very cool place to have a relaxed life.
