I agree on all points. Well except the nice weather part.
Do most people in Canada like Soccer/Football though? I mean their national team is worse then ours apparently.
I think Soccer gets outclassed by both Hockey and Lacrosse, though it's just what i've heard.

I love Canada's weather, especially during the summer. I used to go up to Vancouver every couple years when I was younger. Wonderful place. And I'm pretty sure most people in Canada like Soccer, even if Hockey and some other sports are more popular. Although Soccer is rising in popularity in the U.S. fast, so I don't think that matters as much.

Though I can't speak for places outside Newfoundland, Soccer is especially popular among schools throughout the island. No hockey big, but still quite popular. It's be a stretch for me to say that it is anymore popular here than it is in the US though... perhaps a mainland Canadian could fill us in.
Lacrosse is, seemingly, non-existant in eastern Canada. So I can't really speak on that.

Soccer is really not that popular here in eastern Canada (mainland). It's all about Hockey here.
Football is rather popular too.
