If I had to move to another country, it'd be Canada.
Nice weather (winters nice and cold, summers not too hot, kinda like Montana), nice cities, very similar culture to the U.S., a lot of English speakers, stable economy and currency, and I could live in a country where most people actually like Soccer/Football.
