Hugo Chavez is a moron and a thoroughly unpleasant person in my opinion. I may not be the biggest fan of the USA but you honestly can't blame all the worlds problems on it. Him and Ahmadinejad are both as bad as each other in my opinion.
Edit: @The people saying the CIA should kill Chavez. Can you not see the irony in that statement?
