Meanwhile as long as Wii can't put out graphics in games like Epic Mickey or Metroid: Other M like what you can get in PS3 and 360 exclusives, then fans of FFXIII, Uncharted and Gears don't really have any incentive to become Wii fans.

No. Nintendo would like TO MAKE MONEY. They've already tried to court the hardcore market several times, and the market responds with a slap to the face, every time. So, Nintendo has decided to go in a new direction and bring THEIR hardcore fans along with them. That strategy has been successful beyond belief. Time to just accept that and move on.

Maybe, but if you prefer certain types of games, then they're not exactly good for you. Especially when certain games that are rated as high as anything on the system continually get worse sales than any comparable games on the other systems and lower rated games on the Wii while at the same time the other systems are bringing out more games to try to capture the casual marketshare as a result of the Wii's success.
I honestly believe that the Wii would get versions of certain award winning third party games if the Wii wasn't so unperpowered compared to the other systems and if the Wii's primary marketplace wasn't made up of people that would rather play Wii Sports than Okami or No More Heroes. The Gamecube and N64 both received better third party support than the Wii has received. And over 50% of the people thay buy games prefer the 360 and PS3 offerings over that of the Wii.
