Ofcourse and Sony should do that too if they want their Arc to succeed with the Wii audience. If they made the Arc and Natal for the kind of gamers they already have then what would be the point? Both Microsoft and Sony want to succeed with the mainstream gamers and to do that is to offer mainstream titles aswell. Better graphics and more motion controls then the Wii might attract these gamers but if they are used to playing Wii Fit then they won't switch just because the hardware is better.
I think using Rare for this is a good move, they have a Nintendo kind of vibe that will ease the transition for gamers from the Wii to the 360.
