what pachter means though is after the first one, epic shouldn't have signed the contract for the sequel to be exclusive. Epic games was given a one-game contract and then they could've gone multiplatform for the sequel and rerelease the first on the ps3 around the arrival of the sequel. THAT, is what pachter is talking about
