This is actual the reason of my "demo or full name" questions.
If it's just a "demo". that's one hell of a job to get millions of people to pay for a demo.
If it's a full game, GT5 would be just like a sequel of any other game. Gears 2 reused the same engine and assets from Gears 1 which is why it can be released so quickly. So are a lot of other sequels.
