it looks very similar, but very similar =/= 100%... i think it looks as close to official as possible without bringing the original E3 artist to do another piece... but that doesn't make it 100%. different face shapes, extra colors in the left one's hair, lack of brush strokes and different colors palettes for his tunic, skin, eyes ...etc
still looks fabulous though, whoever made it should be very proud, i could only dream of having such talent, GOOD JOB! :D
