Couldn't be bothered to pick up the newest issue of Game Informer, and support print media, to get your Halo: Reach news fix? Couldn't make do with those decent, yet quality-destroying scans that leaked? Not a problem; thanks to a little slip up from the folks at EB Games, almost all of the official in-game Reach images that are present in the Game Informer cover story have hit the web early -- in full high-resolution glory. No more squinting! Of note is the fact that one image in particular, the first-person shot showing off the new HUD, is missing.

If you've read through the information about Reach we previously covered -- including new gameplay details, engine tweaks, squad intel, and more -- now you have a slightly better view at just what Bungie's final Halo title will look like. And if you have the magazine in-hand, there's nothing "new" here, except for bigger, better, sort of wallpaper-friendly screens. Now we wait until Bungie dumps the even more awesome quality assets online.

In a word, the game looks impressive. But we won't know just how impressive until we see/play a live demo. Hit the jump for the gallery.
