I've had issues with various programs like this before, but I tested it out pretty extensively yesterday. I tried, and completed, 3 offers. They were all smaller ones that I knew wouldn't be majorly difficult to complete (signing up for survey websites, adding a Facebook app), but it only took a few hours for all the tasks to credit me with the points.

As I stated to Dsister and Highwaystar - the program we use has a 'view offer status' to track exactly where you are on the program to see if there was a missing step, or if its just waiting to credit your account. So in that respect, I think there is a lot more transparency with this system than others.
