I agree, how silly of him to expect to pay for a product that works.

As an aside, Archer > Saber.

It's not that I expect him to settle for a product that doesn't work, it is simply that he is trying to sue MS for an exorbitant amount of money. There is no way that the problem he experienced is worth the $5 million he is asking. If MS, and I so very much loathe MS, doesn't offer any support for their product then i could understand the suit for the cost of legal fees + cost of new console + maybe $1000 for his trouble. But $5 million... come on. EDIT: Archer is great, but Saber survived.
